This is such a silly thing to be joyful about but it really did it for me today! I have been using my bread proofer in my oven to rise bread during the winter of course. Well being it was 70 degrees outside today I proofed out there and it was just so much faster first of all and so little house on the prairie I loved it. See, I'm easy to please :)
